Good value with online discount

I got the 'entrada general' online, which saved me a bit compared to buying at the door. I always look for deals, and the 10% online discount was good enough for me. The 'shark vision boat' was an extra cost, but I thought it added value to the experience. It felt like a fair price for a full day's entertainment.

Good family outing, some small issues

We bought the 'pack familiar' online for our trip last month. The booking process was straightforward on their website. It took about two days for the confirmation email to arrive, which felt a bit slow, but the tickets were valid when we got there. Entering was quick; they just scanned the QR code on my phone. The 'el gran azul' tank with the sharks was definitely a highlight for the kids. However, the 'tienda de regalos' felt a bit overpriced, which is common for attractions, but still. The 'restaurante nautilus' had decent food, though the service was a bit slow during the lunch rush. Overall, it was a fun day out for the family, but they could improve on the gift shop pricing and restaurant efficiency.

Shark tank was impressive

I bought the 'entrada general' and spent a good few hours there. The main shark tank, 'el gran azul', is genuinely impressive, very well maintained. Getting the tickets online was easy enough, saved me a few euros compared to the gate price. I arrived early, so there wasn't much of a queue. The 'jungla tropical' area was a nice change of pace too. My only minor gripe was that some of the smaller exhibits could use a bit more detailed signage in English. Otherwise, a solid experience and worth the visit.

So much fun, loved the sharks!

I went diving with sharks at Palma Aquarium and it was absolutely incredible! What an experience. The staff were so helpful and made me feel safe. I'll definitely be back for another dive soon, and I'm telling all my friends they have to try it!

Hey, thinking about doing the shark diving. Has anyone done it? Is it actually safe or is it one of those things that sounds cool but is super sketchy?

D Donna Clark 1 week ago
My cousin did it a couple years ago! Said it was totally safe, they have instructors with you the whole time. He loved it, said it was a once-in-a-lifetime kind of thing.

Nah, it's legit. They're super strict with safety for those experiences. You're not just thrown in there, they make sure you're good. No need to worry about it being sketchy.

Thinking of taking the family next month, probably early June. Are there any good family discounts, or should I just buy individual tickets online? Heard something about resident deals but we're just visiting.

D Deborah Lewis 1 week ago
Yeah, they definitely do family packs. I went last summer and got one, saved a bit compared to buying separately. Online purchase usually has a small discount too, even without being a resident.

Resident discounts are usually for people living there, you'd need an ID. But for regular visitors, the family pack is usually the way to go. Just check their site, they usually have it pretty clear.
